Cancellation conditions of procedures
If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance during Bubbly Wellness opening hours. If you cancel your reservation later, you will be charged 50% of the service price. If you do not cancel your reservation and do not show up at the scheduled time, you will be charged the full price.

Rules of use
- Our wellness center is open to hotel guests throughout the season and to the public only by prior arrangement.
- Hotel guests: please book access to the private wellness and massage in advance. Reservations are binding and are automatically charged to the guest's hotel account.
- Public: entrance to the wellness area is only possible by prior appointment.
