The company GRAND HOTEL HRADEC s.r.o. with registered office at Bohdalecká 1490/25, Michle, 101 00 Praha 10, ID No.: 07024223, registered in the Commercial Register
registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 293251 (hereinafter referred to as the „Hotel“).

These Terms and Conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations arising in connection with or under a contract between the Hotel and another person. These
The terms and conditions therefore apply generally to all hotel guests and agencies with whom there is no written service contract.

1. RESERVATION OF ACCOMMODATION AND SERVICES:

  • reservation of accommodation and other services in the hotel and confirmation of this reservation by the hotel is possible only in writing, i.e. by email
  • the reservation is considered valid and binding if the hotel confirms the reservation in writing (by e-mail) or
    the guest receives an automatic email confirmation generated by the relevant online booking system
  • the booking is completed by credit card or by paying a deposit of the amount of the accommodation and services specified; they may also be
    individual conditions
  • in the event that the hotel or the guest fails to comply with the conditions set out in point 3 of this article, the hotel may not provide the accommodation and services
    provide
  • the information provided on the booking confirmation is binding on both parties

2. PRICES, CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT TERMS:

  • the price is per room per night, including breakfast, unless the guest chooses otherwise
  • VAT of 12 % is included in the price; city tax of EUR 0,85 per person per night is not included in the price,
    this fee is payable by the guest at the hotel reception
  • cancellation of a confirmed reservation can also only be made in writing, i.e. by email; the exact method of cancellation is
    determined by the booking system used for the reservation
  • when cancelling a reservation that was made through an external provider (e.g. booking.com), you must also cancel the reservation through this provider
    provider, in the manner required by that provider and subject to the terms and conditions of the reservation
  • changing the reservation, i.e. moving the booked services to another date, is considered as cancellation of the original reservation and is subject to the same regime
    as a cancellation
  • the accommodation can be paid in cash, where the hotel accepts CZK and EUR; in case of payment by credit/debit card, it will be
    the amount charged in CZK or in the currency of the client's payment card
  • according to the Act on sales registration, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer; at the same time he is obliged to register the received sales with
    the tax administrator online, and in case of technical failure within 48 hours at the latest
  • the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise the guest's card up to the total amount of the accommodation
  • the hotel reserves the right to pre-bill the total amount of the accommodation to the guest's credit/debit card provided, subject to the terms and conditions of the booking
  • in case of no-show of the guest on the reservation date, the reservation is cancelled and the hotel is entitled to charge the cancellation costs

3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE GUEST:

  • the guest has the right to use the reserved areas and their facilities, as well as the facilities of the common areas
  • The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the room during the stay and agrees to pay for any repair costs,
    replacements or special cleaning; the amount of the refund will be determined by the hotel
  • the guest is obliged to complain about any defects and possible deficiencies during his/her stay in the hotel so that a remedy can be arranged
  • the guest is obliged to pay the costs associated with the use of hotel services, including additional services, no later than on the day of departure, unless
    otherwise agreed; in case of non-payment, the hotel is entitled to charge (charge) the corresponding amount to the guest's credit card
    after his departure.
  • the guest may withdraw from the contract based on the cancellation policy or if the hotel has not provided the guest with the previously agreed
    services corresponding to the hotel standard
  • check-in time is from 15:00 on the day of arrival; earlier check-in is possible only by agreement with the hotel and at a charge
  • check-out time is until 11:00 on the day of departure; late check-out is possible by agreement with the hotel and for a fee
  • the entire hotel is non-smoking; violation of this regulation and smoking in the room or on the premises will entitle the hotel to charge the guest
    a penalty of EUR 200 for cleaning the room or hotel premises; the smoking ban and associated penalty also apply to smoking
    electronic cigarettes; smoking is only allowed outside the hotel in the designated area(s)
  • between 22:00 and 6:00 is the night time; behaviour that leads to disturbing other guests during the night time is strictly
    Prohibited (includes loud music, television, shouting in rooms, hallways and other disruptive behavior); in the case of a serious violation
    this rule, the hotel may penalize guests with a financial penalty of up to EUR 400 or, if necessary, call the police
  • Dogs can be accommodated upon confirmation of the hotel for a fee of 20 EUR/day

In the event that a consumer dispute arises between us and a consumer under a contract of sale or a contract for the provision of services that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may submit a proposal for out-of-court settlement of such a dispute to a designated consumer dispute resolution body, which is

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE HOTEL:

  • the hotel is obliged to provide accommodation for the guest on the basis of pre-agreed services that correspond to the hotel's standard
  • if the hotel cannot accommodate the guest on the basis of a previously made and confirmed reservation, it is obliged to arrange for the guest
    adequate accommodation in another facility

5. FINAL PROVISIONS:

  • these terms and conditions are valid as of 1 January 2020 and the hotel reserves the right to change them and the guest is obliged to comply with these current
    terms and conditions
  • the hotel collects the guest's personal data only for the period necessary until the termination of the provision of the agreed services and the following data
    does not provide other persons
