{"id":116,"date":"2025-02-09T00:00:18","date_gmt":"2025-02-08T23:00:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.grandhotelhradec.cz\/?page_id=116"},"modified":"2026-06-26T10:50:46","modified_gmt":"2026-06-26T08:50:46","slug":"terms-of-trade","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.grandhotelhradec.cz\/en\/obchodni-podminky\/","title":{"rendered":"Terms and Conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Grand Hotel Hradec 4****Superior<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company GRAND HOTEL HRADEC s.r.o. with registered office at Bohdaleck\u00e1 1490\/25, Michle, 101 00 Praha 10, ID No.: 07024223, registered in the Commercial Register<br>registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 293251 (hereinafter referred to as the \u201eHotel\u201c).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms and Conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations arising in connection with or under a contract between the Hotel and another person. These<br>The terms and conditions therefore apply generally to all hotel guests and agencies with whom there is no written service contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. RESERVATION OF ACCOMMODATION AND SERVICES:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>reservation of accommodation and other services in the hotel and confirmation of this reservation by the hotel is possible only in writing, i.e. by email<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the reservation is considered valid and binding if the hotel confirms the reservation in writing (by e-mail) or<br>the guest receives an automatic email confirmation generated by the relevant online booking system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the booking is completed by credit card or by paying a deposit of the amount of the accommodation and services specified; they may also be<br>individual conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in the event that the hotel or the guest fails to comply with the conditions set out in point 3 of this article, the hotel may not provide the accommodation and services<br>provide<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the information provided on the booking confirmation is binding on both parties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. PRICES, CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT TERMS:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the price is per room per night, including breakfast, unless the guest chooses otherwise<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>VAT of 12 % is included in the price; city tax of EUR 0,85 per person per night is not included in the price,<br>this fee is payable by the guest at the hotel reception<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cancellation of a confirmed reservation can also only be made in writing, i.e. by email; the exact method of cancellation is<br>determined by the booking system used for the reservation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>when cancelling a reservation that was made through an external provider (e.g. booking.com), you must also cancel the reservation through this provider<br>provider, in the manner required by that provider and subject to the terms and conditions of the reservation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>changing the reservation, i.e. moving the booked services to another date, is considered as cancellation of the original reservation and is subject to the same regime<br>as a cancellation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the accommodation can be paid in cash, where the hotel accepts CZK and EUR; in case of payment by credit\/debit card, it will be<br>the amount charged in CZK or in the currency of the client's payment card<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>according to the Act on sales registration, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer; at the same time he is obliged to register the received sales with<br>the tax administrator online, and in case of technical failure within 48 hours at the latest<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise the guest's card up to the total amount of the accommodation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the hotel reserves the right to pre-bill the total amount of the accommodation to the guest's credit\/debit card provided, subject to the terms and conditions of the booking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in case of no-show of the guest on the reservation date, the reservation is cancelled and the hotel is entitled to charge the cancellation costs<br>the conditions of the reservation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE GUEST:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the guest has the right to use the reserved areas and their facilities, as well as the facilities of the common areas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the room during the stay and agrees to pay for any repair costs,<br>replacements or special cleaning; the amount of the refund will be determined by the hotel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the guest is obliged to complain about any defects and possible deficiencies during his\/her stay in the hotel so that a remedy can be arranged<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the guest is obliged to pay the costs associated with the use of hotel services, including additional services, no later than on the day of departure, unless<br>otherwise agreed; in case of non-payment, the hotel is entitled to charge (charge) the corresponding amount to the guest's credit card<br>after his departure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the guest may withdraw from the contract based on the cancellation policy or if the hotel has not provided the guest with the previously agreed<br>services corresponding to the hotel standard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>check-in time is from 15:00 on the day of arrival; earlier check-in is possible only by agreement with the hotel and at a charge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>check-out time is until 11:00 on the day of departure; late check-out is possible by agreement with the hotel and for a fee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the entire hotel is non-smoking; violation of this regulation and smoking in the room or on the premises will entitle the hotel to charge the guest<br>a penalty of EUR 200 for cleaning the room or hotel premises; the smoking ban and associated penalty also apply to smoking<br>electronic cigarettes; smoking is only allowed outside the hotel in the designated area(s)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>between 22:00 and 6:00 is the night time; behaviour that leads to disturbing other guests during the night time is strictly<br>Prohibited (includes loud music, television, shouting in rooms, hallways and other disruptive behavior); in the case of a serious violation<br>this rule, the hotel may penalize guests with a financial penalty of up to EUR 400 or, if necessary, call the police<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>psi mohou b\u00fdt ubytov\u00e1ni na z\u00e1klad\u011b potvrzen\u00ed hotelu za poplatek 28 EUR\/den<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event that a consumer dispute arises between us and a consumer under a contract of sale or a contract for the provision of services that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may submit a proposal for out-of-court settlement of such a dispute to a designated consumer dispute resolution body, which is<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Czech Trade Inspection Authority<br><\/strong>Central Inspectorate - ADR Department<br>Gorazdova 1969\/24<br>120 00 Prague 2<br>Email: adr@coi.gov.cz <br>Website: adr.coi.gov.cz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE HOTEL:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the hotel is obliged to provide accommodation for the guest on the basis of pre-agreed services that correspond to the hotel's standard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>if the hotel cannot accommodate the guest on the basis of a previously made and confirmed reservation, it is obliged to arrange for the guest<br>adequate accommodation in another facility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
